By doing something creative everyday - the more you practice the better you get. Try things you've never done before, learn new skills, then think of new ways to apply those skills to something useful or something that makes you happy. In my case I like to do a little embroidery everyday whilst board gaming or talking with friends. + Buying discounted foods and trying to magic them into some sort of a tasty meal.

Most of the time, my brain never stops going brrr

(1) Thinking whilst walking through parks, the riverside or parts of cities I've never been to before. (2) Tidying up my room and eating fruit and veg - good room + good food + walk = good thoughts in my experience
